It features scholarly articles and reviews in general and comparative literary studies, translation studies, and related interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary areas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The\u00a0issues are thematic and calls for papers are advertised <a href=\"https:\/\/wls.sav.sk\/?page_id=744&amp;lang=en\">here<\/a>.<\/strong> We publish in English, German, French, Slovak and Czech, with abstracts in English.<\/p>\n<p>Please send manuscripts (written in the languages specified in the CFPs, each with an\u00a0English abstract) to\u00a0uswllit@savba.sk and to\u00a0the\u00a0editors of\u00a0the\u00a0particular thematic issues, as advertised in\u00a0the\u00a0respective CFPs. The\u00a0editors and editorial board reserve the\u00a0right not to\u00a0accept a\u00a0full-length manuscript if it does not thematically or ethically fit the\u00a0conception of\u00a0the\u00a0issue or the\u00a0journal. There is no article processing charge.<\/p>\n<p>All contributions should be written in\u00a0compliance with the\u00a0WLS Code of\u00a0Ethics. By\u00a0submitting their work to WORLD LITERATURE STUDIES, the author declares that it has not been previously published and pledges to\u00a0renounce any claim to\u00a0remuneration based on\u00a0the\u00a0article no.\u00a0618\/2003 (Slovak) Coll. about authorial and related rights. Key word 2. Key word 3\u2026), author&#8217;s address (name, institution, email address, ORCID); article text divided by unnumbered secondary titles; notes (if any); references (works cited are to be listed under the secondary title References, see examples below)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nLanguage (and translation) policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>if a quotation is translated, always acknowledge the name of its translator (e.g. in Referencies list).
